With a background in Maths and Economics, Sripad worked in the banking sector, initially in banking operations management and later advising high net worth individuals on investment strategy and efficient portfolio management. Since joining the energy industry, Sripad has worked in the commercial department for both large and small operators. With experience in decision analysis, strategy formulation and advising companies and individuals at the highest levels, Sripad brings gravitas and experience to financial and commercial undertakings [BSF, MBA].

MICHAEL CLANCY

Subsurface

Michael has 30+ years of experience in oil and gas asset evaluation, valuation and development; working over a wide geographical range as a reservoir engineer and technical expert with IOCs, independents and various tier-one consultancies. He has a track record of increasing reserves through reservoir and facilities study, bringing challenging oil, gas and gas-condensate fields to production, performing problematic reservoir and simulation studies, providing critical insightful advice on acquisition and development projects, and staff mentoring and training [BEng, MSc, LLM, PhD].

SIMON DON

Facilities and Operations

Simon has 25+ years of experience in the design of oil and gas facilities within the offshore O&G industry covering key positions in many countries, including project and technical management, for various Tier-1 contractors and engineering services companies. The last 15 years’ experience has been gained in technical management of state-of-art offshore developments. Simon also brings significant experience in project delivery, ranging from concept development to operation and maintenance of process facilities and infrastructure [BEng, CEng, Peng].

STUART SINCLAIR

Stuart is a high achieving oil executive with all-round oilfield services and operation management experience and a track record of leading transformation through strategic direction. Renowned for his professional integrity and competence of the UK statutory and regulatory environment, Stuart has served many upstream, mid-stream and downstream companies. His experience mainly includes programmes and interventions aimed at the key stages of oil & gas projects’ lifecycle, but he also has valuable and in-depth exposure in other Major Hazard Industries, including oil and gas offshore, petrochemicals, underground gas storage, coal bed methane, geothermal and mining [BSc, MSc].

DAVID HARRISON

Geophysics

David is a geophysicist with 40+ years of experience in exploration and field development. He has worked for Cities Service, ARCO, Deminex, Hess, Newfield, Northern Petroleum, Third Energy and iGas. Throughout his career he has been part of multi-disciplinary teams where his primary role has been to interpret seismic data, make maps and plan wells to advance exploration, appraisal and development programmes. He has a BSc in Geology from Imperial College, London and an MSc in Marine Geotechnics from UCNW, Bangor.

Anton is a leader with 25+ years of experience in well engineering, drilling, completion and operation, gained on several offshore and onshore assets. Proficient with the most advanced drilling and completion technologies and operational practices, Anton is focused to delivering safe, compliant, efficient and reliable well operations. Particularly skilled in planning and delivering challenging goals, supporting and mentoring high-performing individuals and providing direction and appropriate boundaries, through attention to detail and risk management, while working to high professional standards in dynamic, diverse and inclusive work environments.
